The new fermentation control system FOX combines the proven 19” module technology with innovative control technology adhering to latest research findings. New elements ensuring improved overview and handling are two integrated displays simultaneously showing current and target values as well as the optical display for fermentation intensity. Additional status signal lights for operation mode, valve exits as well as CO2 and MOX functions provide wine makers with full control over treatment processes. With the standard integrated bus system the control module can be connected via cable (max. 1,200 m) to any office PC. The database software WMA WMA „Wine maker’s assistant“ allows process intervention, control and documentation.
